Our time at Kayon Resort was not merely a honeymoon, it was a journey into the soul of Bali. From the moment we arrived, we were cradled by the whispers of the ancient trees, the song of the river, and the quiet reverence of the land. The air seemed to hum with the spirit of peace, and the resort felt like an extension of nature’s sacred embrace. The staff, with their radiant smiles and open hearts, felt like guardians of this serene sanctuary. We were welcomed not just with hospitality, but with a profound sense of belonging. Special gratitude to Susila and Pinky, who brought warmth and light to every moment. Their care felt like a prayer, thoughtful and true, woven into the very essence of our stay. Kayon is more than a place, it’s a living, breathing entity, where the energy of the earth and sky dance in perfect harmony. Every sunrise felt like a blessing, every whisper of the wind like an ancient song. The resort nurtured us, not just with its beauty, but with a deep spiritual connection that spoke to the quiet spaces within us. Our honeymoon here was an unfolding of love and peace, an experience where time stood still, and we found ourselves not just together, but truly present. Kayon Resort is a sanctuary for the soul, a place where the spirit of Bali flows freely, and one leaves feeling more whole, more alive, and forever changed.

I don't even know where to start... The staff was super friendly and welcomed us with a green shot/special drink. The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice and very big, additionally, as soon as we left our room, someone came and made the bed/ looked if everything was okay. (Maybe that wouldn't have been necessary 3-4 times a day, we felt like celebrities, once a day would have been fine 😄) Someone served us the afternoon tea (which would have been offered every day) at our room with sweet pastries. Once we dined at the hotel - it was superb + there was an amazing singer who made it really romantic ☺️ The pool had a great view view over the jungle My wife participated twice in morning yoga - which was very beginner friendly There was a shuttle service from and to the city and additionally they organized a moto for two days (price was very fair) for us. I probably forgot something 😄 all in all, amazing

One of the most comforting Zen experiences I've had where there's never a dull moment. We stayed here for 3 nights and there was an activity or a dinner performance planned for each day... Everything from their restaurant to rooms to spa, pool to touring the property touched our heart. The location is out of the world...in the middle of the jungle beside a waterfall and river. Special thanks to Saiya who was an amazing host, she helped us relentlessly with our Gili bookings and had some amazing stories to share . Also Ayu ( both ladies), Sang Aya and Wayan had been extremely warm and helpful ... Loved the personal photographer, the infinity pool, margapati dance and definitely recommend the food( Fillet Mignon, Nasi Goreng is truly tasty) and spa here!

The resort, location, food, cleanliness were excellent but the staff was absolutely extraordinary. The front desk and the restaurant staff took the time to get to know me and my daughter, always welcomed us back, remembered our names and constantly asked us if we needed anything. There was a time when I had lunch by myself and immediately, they thought my daughter wasn't feeling well. They offerred to bring her food to the room. I told them that she was taking a nap :) I'm so glad I booked this resort. It was worth the $$$ and I cannot think of anything that I didn't like. I would 100% go back to this place again and would highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you staff at Kayun Resort!! You made our trip in Bali a great one!!

This place is one of the best places I have ever experienced. From the moment I stepped in to when I checked out I was in heaven. My check-in was very late but the resort had a sandwich waiting for me and my suitcase in my room.I am A solo traveller, and normally I feel a little anxious/miss home but this place never gave me that feeling. My room had beautiful veiws, monkeys, a flowing river. Breakfast was exceptional and the service even more amazing. I did yoga every morning and had a lush massage every other day. The staff are so friendly attentive and the service is fast. The lychee martini was the real deal. Highly recommend this place. Yes it is a little far from central Ubud but the hotel Offer a shuttle service.
